Tell Me Who You Are

Who are you really? I want to know who the real you is, but there's a catch! I want you to tell me who you are without really "telling" me. I know this sounds confusing, but, I want all of you to dig down deep inside for that deep stuff. That's what I like.

Ok, now for the rules (which everyone hates)

1. No STicKy CapS
2. No bashing of any kind (this is supposed to be about you so why bash?)
3. Keep the cussing to minimal, I don't mind if you use a little, but don't go hog wild people.
4. Give me all you have, don't just write because you feel you have to, write with passion, intensity!

I will most likely look  up all of you on your author's pages, read some of your other poems, and probably get to know you. I would like for everyone to get to know me as well, but I know not everyone will. Mainly, I just want you to have fun, fun is a big element in my book.

I'd love to enter one of prewrites into this context...it fits perfectly, but I know how the whole rules thing goes. Nice idea for a contest.

I will read your poem, it has peaked my interest. I'm sorry about that, I just love fresh poems. This is my first contest, so maybe next time I will allow pre-writes, or maybe make it a pre-write contest. Maybe you could re-write it, and add to it or something, then enter it. I wouldn't mind.

Wow, this is such a great idea for a contest. Definately a very challenging write for me, but I think it just might be my best free verse yet!!! ^.^

This is not only a great idea for a contest, it's also a hard question to answer. Who Am I? I'll have to give this some thought and enter later. Thanks for the invite, I'll make sure I submit it by the contest deadline.

"tell me who you are" hah this sentance is one from Totoro where May, Setsuki's little sister, looks at this great big Totoro that she has stumbled upon by chasing two little Totoro around and they lead her to the camphor tree where she finds the big Totoro, well anyway she lookes down at him (she is standing on top of him at the moment) and in a childish curious tone she asks "Tell me who you are",
well any way Eve i dont think i will be partisipating in your contest like previously expected, that doesnt mean though that i wont try still

Thank you very much. For those who know Ern, I am sure he will be thrilled with this. Ern is currently on mission and I would like to thank once again Molassis and Bonnie Q for their editing comments. In this particular case, not Melissa, Bonnie, or myself altered one word and is posted as written in Ern's exercise book. Thank you on behalf of Ern for all those who commented and thankyou Eve for running such a good comp.

T.T I wrote a new poem and everything, usually my non-prewrites suck.
