Contest is Over

  • Contest was judged on March 21, 2005
  • Rewards: Gold: 555
  • Final notes:
This was a very tough contest for me to judge...there were a few crap entries as always, but for the first time, i actually had a tough time judging... the first place winner stood out to me, and that was simple...but as for second and third i had to think for a long time...there were some very very good entries in this, and to all the people who actually took time and effort to create a good poem for my contest...i thank you... there are a lot of poems that did not win, but deserve recognition... i won't name them because i've never beleived in "Special mentions"...or whatever you people call it, but if you got a good comment from me, know that i appreciate your hardwork...

    sorry to those who lost
    congrats to those who won

    this was fun

    much love and respect

An anything contest eh? That seems like a daunting task, going without knowing for sure what direction you're heading. Hmmm...

Thanks so much for the gold and the points. I'm glad I found this contest and it sure was fun to write that poem - very different than what I usually do. And, congrats to all the other winners too.
