Ah lovely! I myself love to write about nature. I'm going to first check out your old contests to see what kind of forms you like, then I'll start working on a piece. Hopefully I'll be able to get my muse going enough to finish in time.

Best wishes to all entrants and I hope you have a good turnout Kalen!

I believe in the sun even when it is not shining.
I believe in love even when I do not feel it.
I believe in God even when He is silent.

Oh, wonderful idea and a stunning page! I just love nature and living in Africa I do believe I live in paradise . Most of my poems have some kind of nature theme as metaphor. I just hope I can come up with something in just one day....Anyway, best wishes and God bless!

Third place! I'm so honoured! Thank you so very much Kalen! It's such a compliment, especially knowing that you had a hard time deciding on third place, that you picked me. ya!

I'm about to post the other poem I wrote (I didn't have enough time to enter it as well, sadly). Check my author page next time you're on and you'll see it there.

That's twice so far someone has spelled my name Boldmare. Okay, I guess it's kinda funny.

Thanks again! And congratulations to SusanL and Messa P! I'm about to read their poems now.

    s and blessings!
