Sing A New Song

Provide me with lyrics which I choose to make into a song.  You will be co-writer and will receive a recording of the finished song.

I will compose songs out of the lyrics from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.  If points are donated, points will be given to other placers.

I usually write pop, rock, soft rock, and progressive country.  You may try something else, but I may be out of touch with the style of music.

*RULES*

1. You must look at two of my songs to know how the lyrics should be structured.  Mention them.

2. Prewrites are allowed, but should be edited to lyric format.

  • Final notes:
    There were no bad entries, although some didn't follow directions. First consideration went to those who did. Some material I could not use, which was no fault on the part of the contestants.

    good morning- thank you for considering my poems... i appologize that i did not follow all of your instructions correctly. i did view the other entries, all of them in fact, but i neglected to tell you which ones they were. oh well. cool contest! i hope to be seeing more by you in the future.
