Ahh....another contest. Egypt is where my heart lies, so I decided it would be a good contest idea. Here are the choices for this contest:
1. The Nile is very important to Egypt. Write a poem expressing it's importance.
2. I practice Egyptian magick. Write a poem that has something to do with Egyptian magick.
3. Egyptian deities. Ya gotta love them.
Write a poem in tribute to a god or goddess.
4. Really, you can write anything that has to do with Egypt. Just make it interesting!!
I love anything mystical and unique. Choose your words wisely!!
2nd and 3rd place winners will receive 30 points each.

This is a great contest and I also love Egypt. Wish I could enter, but this is just not my style
... anyway I'll think about it and I hope you'll get excellent entries!

I've spent almost a month in Egypt, a childhood dream that I thought would never happen. I love Egypt, when I landed att he Cairo airport, it was like I was landing at home ...a sort of mystical feeling.
I don't know if I can write a poem about it but I'll surely think on it and perhaps give it a try
This should be an interesting contest.
