Good morning heartache
You old gloomy sight
Good morning heartache
Thought we said goodbye last night
I turned and tossed until it seems you have gone
But here you are with the dawn
Wish I forget you, but you're here to stay
It seems I met you
When my love went away
Now everyday I stop I’m saying to you
Good morning heartache what’s new
Stop haunting me now
Cant shake you no how
Just leave me alone
I've got those Monday blues
Straight to Sunday blues
Good morning heartache
Here we go again
Good morning heartache
You’re the one
Who knows me well
Might as well get use to you hanging around
Good morning heartache
Sit down
I heard this song by Gretchen Wilson and all I could think was
hey that’s me!!! Most of my writes are about heartache in one form or another don't be fooled by the few about love. The heartache is always there caused by one thing or another (death, love, abuse, my family, ect.)I can't seem to get rid of it. So I thought if I was to write about my heartaches it might help. I don't consider my self much of a poet, but I write from the heart and how I feel at that moment. I hope this helps explain some of my writing.
Now for a little about me
I am a truck driver and I love my job. I get to see so many amazing places and things. I am a mother of 4 ( Andrew, Sara, Joseph, and Sean )
The Shortest Story
I am born today, the sun burns its promise in my eyes;
Mama strikes me and I draw a breath and cry.
Above me a cloud softly tumbles through the sky;
I am glad to be alive.
It is me seventh day, I taste the hunger and I cry;
my brother and sister cling to Mama's side.
She squeezes her breast, but it has nothing to provide;
someone weeps, I fall asleep.
It is twenty days today, Mama does not hold me anymore;
I open my mouth but I am too weak to cry.
Above me a bird slowly crawls across the sky;
why is there nothing now to do but die?
