The "Snag a Tag" group offers a new service to Allpoetry members.

"Snag a Tag" is a group of graphic artists and tag users. The artists design tags for all occasions. Why go offsite for that special tag for a friend's author's page or group greeting when you can find it here? We are adding tags daily, and are happy to design custom tags for you as well.
All you need to do is join the group Snag a Tag (see link above) as a user then read and sign the instructions posted on the boards.Then feel free to peruse our postings at your leisure. You can help yourself to tags, leave a message for an artist, perhaps let them know you've "snagged a tag"!
Also feel free to post on the board what type of tags you like to use or if you would like a custom designed tag.
**We are also always accepting applications for taggers. If you design tags, feel free to join our group, we would love to have you!**

I sent a message to AnnD (site supervisor) but haven't heard anything back from her at this point. I would definitely pass it amongst friends/groups. But I am still trying to get this on the front page.

Thank you. It was an idea that I hope will eventually take off, seeing the numbers of graphic artists we have on this site and the amounts of tags I see floating around all the time. I know we probably will never have all the things someone wants (though we do take requests and personalize too. ) But it's fun tagging and Ijust thought I would throw it out there. Don't you do graphics??

I think its an awesome idea Yes, I have made personalised tags, some BG's and a couple of manips My more recent stuff has been with PSP9 but gone back to photoshop, its easier..lol. Your right they are fun to make, and can be relaxing to

I have lots of tags on my page if you're interested in snaggin ... they're copyrighted though so ... I mean you wouldn't be able to use them if you have your own site or anything. I just authorize use within AP ... is that mean?

No, no, I would have done the same thing! Tags are different than stock photography; I wouldn't want 'em distributed elsewhere if they were mine . . .
