An Apology to my Favs

 

I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN YOU!

 

Just wanted you to know that!  I just.. well.. simply cannot keep up.  There is never enough time is there?  And a lot of you write a LOT! lol.. I cannot get to them all I'm afraid.  And I have over 150+ favs eek lol

 

I just wanted to apologise that I have fallen so far behind with everyone's writes.  I'm in the top 3 commenters nearly every day.. and still cannot keep up *sigh*

 

I know I spend a lot of time doing contests, mostly quickies... because I like doing them, and a lot of you seem to like entering them, plus it gives me a chance to read some of your writes!

I will be slowing up on these a little though as I try to catch up.

 

I also spend a lot of time talking.. lol.. big shock right? haha... if I'm a little slow in my responses I apologise also.  There's a lot going on!

 

As a lot of you know I've spent the last year and a half off work due to health issues (also impacts on my ability to catch up if they're getting to me)... but I will be returning to work soon.. albeit parttime and slowly... so this too will mean less chance of getting to all your writes.

 

My own writing has slowed due to all of the above also.  I hope to write more...

 

So that's it really... I just wanted you to know I haven't forgotten you.. and ask you bear with me...

    You are the sweetest person on AP; and the first person to really befriend me; I remember you always wrote such nice things on my sub-par poetry beginnings lol.

    Hey kiwi! Never apologise! We all do the best we can and I think that is enough. We are here to enjoy ourselves and that is the most important thing I think.

    I fell behind when I had a hundred favorites
    but people keep adding me and now I have 277
    That is almost a full time job
    and I still have to run a business for money

    Mabey I should send a note to my Favorites
    but then I would need to answer all thoes... too

    lol

    Personally? I think you must have the energy of fifteen 5 year olds just to keep up as well as you do!!! It's totally understandable, and nothing to apologize for...we all get to feeling "behind", but from experience I'll say it's easy to get burned out even on AP , so don't forget to put some "me" time aside for yourself too. On a good note, I'm so glad you'll be returning to work part time and hope it goes well for you!

    never behind in friendship I would say...coz friends can and will wait....There are times when I can not log on for enough time myself...But glad to know I am thought of and so are you!

    You are so silly my little kiwi!! Having favorites is about more than just reading!! It's about having a friend there when you need one and of course getting first dibs on your great quickies!!! Read my stuff or don't read my stuff..(and quite frankly my stuff ain't that good lately) but I will love you regardless!!!
