Queen (Barbara) has been a member of our allpoetry Greeter Team for 2 months now, and her efforts have certainly not gone unnoticed!
In a week she managed to have over 100 comments on new members, consecutively each day. As well as ensuring she helped out on the Helpdesk.
Barbara is very helpful and friendly. She's a hard worker and she sits among us quietly, doing her work and shining like a star.
We appreciate her efforts deeply, as do the new members she welcomes and the current members she assists!

1. Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Oregon. I live 5 doors up from where i grew up. My parents still live in the same house. I grew up in.
2.What is the first thing you remember that perked your interest in writing?
In high school i had a creative writing class. I discovered i really liked it. People seemed to laugh at stuff i wrote.
3. Did you go to college/university?
None
4. If so, what was your major?
None
5. Outside of college, how have you educated yourself beyond secondary school?
I am a scuba instructor, i read everything i can.
6. What’s your favorite color?
Caribbean blue
7. Food?
mexican food is my favorite food
8. Pastime?
Scuba diving
9. Music?
Reggae or country
10. Poet?
Dove
11. TV show?
Two and a half men
12. Movie?
Comedy and action movies are my favorite. I see almost all of them
13. Book?
My favorite all time book is Where the Red Fern Grows
14. Pets?
I used to have two spoiled wiener dogs
15. Talents?
Excellent scuba diver, i can clog also
16. Jobs?
I own a dive shop and we have a wildland fire business in the summer

My cousin told me about this site.
2. How long have you been a member of All Poetry?
Since 2003
3. When did you first begin to write?
In high school
4. What kind of poetry do you write the most?
Dark, Sensual, Etc. I like to write humor the best
5. Who are your influences?
Life in general. things that i see. people that i meet.
6. What feeds your desire to continue writing poetry?
I have to let it out or i will explode.
7. What advice would you give to growing poets?
Always write what is in your heart, not what someone else thinks you should write.
