Beautiful, though perhaps the black line is a tiny bit too bold, as it is the only bit of black in the entire background.
I love the soft colors and swirls in the background though.

I like it except for that black line down the center. What programs do you use? It'd be better to get rid of that black line, put a glow between the two edges, and fade it off. Other then that, very nicely done.

Never used PSP, but I heard its limited more than photoshop CS3 is. But I like what you've come up with. The seemless efect is nice.

for some reason seems a bit... Bold(?)
for this background? maybe a light purple or something like that? or it could just be me.. lol..
