project poetry season one [second round nominations]

Hii everyone.

This round really dragged to me. It took forever for these writes to come together, mostly due to my kiddish anticipation.

I didn’t babysit or observe your groups, so I have no clue what happened with the collabs. I only know the pieces as a whole. With the psy/soc prompt, you definitely took it in your own directions.

Neither group disappointed me, but one was the clear winner.

j on lee.

You guys had full group participation, attention to detail & a great storyline. Amazing guys. Seriously.

That means the living, you are the losing group for this round & the bottom poets will be picked from your team. You guys unfortunately lost in both a lack of group participation & collab as a whole.

There will be no voting this round. I will be taking care of the eliminations myself this time, along with picking the top poets of this round.

It isn’t personal, it’s poetry.

  • you know what I realized recently?

well, see, a bit of background... it's always somewhat bugged me that you don't put spaces before and/or after your dashes anywhere.

I realized that in English, there isn't spaces there (so you do it correctly, no worries)... but, in French, there's always a space on either side of a dash. And so I'm accustomed to seeing that, moreso, so the English way always catches my attention and feels weird to me.

wow, that was completely irrelevant to the column, but whatever. yay for our team. and yes, great job team b too.
