Become a point
of origin.
Be where something starts.
Something new,

something not yet seen or felt or heard or tasted.
There is no limit
to what you can do
with some imagination
some patience,
and some derring-do.

to be the best,

Explication: to be unique, try for original. Know the best of what is out there, know how to do it and then do even better. See the best films, the best theatre, the best fashion. Learn to do, how to make, how to accomplish. Get skills like that (snap!) and keep your skills sharp, your talent fresh, your energy charged, & your skin fresh.
Know that there is a Higher Power, and if you don't know It you had better find it girl, cause some day you'll be needing some inspiration, some comfort, some power, and you want to know where you can get it.
Posted as a response to a young lady who asks how can she be unique so that she may with her difference be successful. Since you know there are many many poets out there, and the competition is hot hot hot! you want to have an edge, a sharp edge, and know how to use your blade to your advantage. Here I hope to inspire you, as a vessel of some Muses, I convey to you what They have shared and given to me, so you, dear Poet, dear Writer, dear Artist, can be the dream realized, not a dream deferred, shrivelled like raisins in the sun.

hmm.. to be original, its lil tough to be original. all the words that could be said is already been told, any idea that could be exploited is already being exploited.. but its not that tough too,(in very simple words) if you don't follow something which is followed you are being original.
just make note that your not too diverse, people might not catch up with you and be lil diplomatic so that you are good with every one.. follow your heart and mind not others you be original.. you originality might not be appreciated at the beginning as in history all the original thinkers where considered wizards n witches lol but as you make friends and socialize your personality and originality will reflect

When I was in High School I was in a blues band with some older guys, way older guys, like in their thirties and we played in bars in places like Chicago, well, one day I wanted to know how to get girls to be more interested in me and so I watched my older brother operate. He'd, first thing, tell them his younger brother was in this band.... blah, blah ... then he'd take them to a nice restaurant, and spend a bunch of money on them, and then he'd take them home at the time he was supposed to ,,, during the date he never made a pass ... he seemed to be very popular with the girls, but the thing I noticed most was this: when he'd have them over to the house, he'd cook a meal, put on candles, play some 'jazz' , like soft piano, drum, bass, jazz ... and then he'd take them home on time. He was very popular with the parents also. Now, what I'm getting at is this ... if you want to suceed you need two things : A. pathways (make it safe and easy to like you) ... in other words listen. B. whatever the other people are doing, do the same thing another new way (they won't like it, but an 'air' or 'lustre' will surround you, and if you are nice and know what's cool so they can't jive you, the 'air' or 'lustre' will not be considered standoffish, it will be considered 'enticing' and you will probably have started a new fad. But, whatever you do, you will be surrounded by incompetents, and teachers, ... cultivate the teachers, help the incompetents and pretty soon, you'll begin to blossom. The rest will follow naturally. OH, my older brother got laid a lot, but I kept the same girlfriends for at least a year and was always their friend afterwards. Their friends took note ... I was never alone, but did get beat up quite a bit. peace ,,,Moqui
