How to clean out your Temporary Internet files and cookies

Most internet problems with viewing web pages can be solved by cleaning out your internet temp files and cookies Here is a how to on cleaning them out.
First thing to do is go to your tools tab in your Internet Explorer browser window.

You want to scroll down to internet options


a text box will appear

Under the General Tab in the section for Browsing History you have the option to Delete as shown below



Click on the delete option and the following box will appear



Select the delete button for each of the options highlighted.

If you want to deleted browsing history, saved passwords and saved forms you can do that by clicking on the hightlighted delete all.

The process will take a few minutes depending on your connection speed.

Once you are finished close out your browser window and restart.

That's all :)

    Thanks! I do this nightly! I even use my "Disk Cleanup" under Systems Tools. We collect many files in a day while browsing the Internet. Some slow our computers to a snail's pace. Good of you to post this helpful hint.
