Just one thing... you might want to do the width like 1280 pr some thing so you dont have the border on the right hand as well. -

The garland of flowers to the left of the fairy feel unnecessary to me, they look as though they belong to the border, not the picture. I also feel as though the two borders are too close together. I like the shadows on the background, but they're not all lined up, which bothers me. I like the double flower strands and the fairy border. The background color is suitable.
