Welcome poets to the finals!! Last week was crucial and swift. Now, it is time to see who will be the next Champion in Poetic Challenge!!!
Only five remain, and all have penned sheer brilliance all season.
This week will make or break your place in this challenge.
All of you have worked hard, but your skills will be tested one last time.

Your final challenge will be as follows:
(I must warn you that if each and every rule is not STRICTLY followed… you will not be nominated for first place.
We want two poems… about the same thing. One of them is to be in STRICT form (meter, count, rhyme all required) The second is to be freeverse. Both poems are to be on the same page… there is no linking to another page allowed.
HINT: select a form that is challenging. Do not make me regret that we have not assigned you each a form!! As for the freeverse, using rich metaphors and creativity is what will save you!
I will allow any genre, but do not bore us!

Now for the scoring. We will FAIRLY judge. Your final challenge will be scored from 1-100. Your links will be revaluated and scored from 1-10.
I will ask two judges (unknown as of right now) to step in and make a vote based on your final piece, as well as all links. They will be asked to score each poet from 1-100.
All points will be tallied.
Hence, the winner will be revealed!!
