~Inspiration~
Inspiration comes in many forms and fashions. I feel that a true and most talented poet will not only be inspired, but will also be the inspiration.
So, what is in store for you this week?
This will be a two-part challenge.
Part One: You must find a new poet. This most MUST have joined within the last month. You are to read some of their poetry, and be inspired by a poem that they have written. Leave a detailed comment on their poem, telling them how you were inspired by their writing. THEN write a poem based on the way the poem made you feel… show me where the inspiration took you. You MUST then return to their poem, and leave them a link to your poem.
WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS?
Well - - - You have been inspired, and by sharing this with the source of your inspiration - - you could very well inspire them to keep writing! We all know what it is like to be new on this site! Let’s all be INSPIRATIONAL!
I will not limit you to any specific genre or form, seeing as you are writing blindly from inspiration. HOWEVER, there is one rule: In your authors notes of your poem, you must leave a few words about the poem that inspired your poem and a link to the new poets’ poem.
Once you have completed that task, leave the link to your poem below.
All pieces will be scored, and you will then be given part two of this round.
