It is so much a tragedy that anyone,s life is lost. To loose it fighting for your country is still a tragedy but it is also something everyone should be mindfull of, what sacrifice was given to keep us safe. This is a day of rememberance. How soon though most forget or are not willing to acknowledge. I will not be one of them. Thank you to all our fallen soldiers and to all our soldiers who are still fighting and to all who made it home safe and secure. May the hauntings of the war be but a quiet storm and may you find peace somehow, somwhere through the grace of God.
People want to protest the war and say it is wrong, and I am not saying that it isn't but that doesn't mean that our protests should be thrown at the soldiers who are doing their duty and fighting for this country. It is the least we can do to stand up and support our troops because they are all someone's sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews. Do we really want to look down at them or do we want to support them and wish them a safe return. Pray for their safety and their peace of mind when they come home after the ravages of war they have seen. Let God give them peace from the horrors they have seen.
God Bless
Tammy
