Yes, definite skill here. Brilliantly done. 'Leander' and 'Kevin' were my favourites as far as the 'stories' go (and for the sheer resemblance to the actual life of Kevin I guess!) But you couldnt fault the artwork on any of them. Thanks for sharing. It's nice to see people sharing their other talents on here!

    Late again!

Sorry, Paul. So many super-villains, so little time. It's not easy patrolling a city the size of AllPoetry and still managing to get my golf in. You did a superb job here, good sir. Reminds me of how hard it was to leave my mother on Krypton. Keep up the never-ending battle for justice and the AllPoetry way!

Hey, Sharcu.....learn to spell. It's "allowed". You may be in a leadership position one day.

    Very Good Comic

I'm glad bans are down. I like this. I had fun reading it. I didn't read Horus8's comment, but I notice he is wearing a diaper. His comment isn't really that long. I am impressed with your art work.

I've always wanted to be a mod, but thankfully
it was in another life when I wasn't the world's
most spectacular underground poet. The two tend to
collide you see, talent and control, that, and the obvious psychological backage (yes backage, not baggage) that accompanies people that need to be in charge and "respected". There is a certain personality that is fundamentally attracted to such positions of what would seem to be order and lawfulness, and one need look no further
than the politicians of the world, and the military,
and police institutions abroad to know what it is,
and just how wonderfully it works. I'm telling you
if it wasn't for the mods and all of the highly skilled work that they do on a creative and talent saturated level this place would fall apart, and begin to resemble the reality of artistic expression
    and libertarian sensibilities again.

that said, your comics were brilliant and quite funny. But, there is no King above man, and until
human beings learn how to let go of the need to
moniter everything and everyone and judge them
against their own programmed standards (when it's obvious that standards are different for every person and every region and every time period) we're all doomed by the illusion. This fact is perfectly represented by the current and historical facts now being produced daily in the middle east.
The more power and control you apply to an illusion
the more chaotic the result. It can be also represented by love. If you smother an individual with too much love, they will not reciprocate, but if you show them none they will not acknowledge your state of being, but if you give them both in certain cycles they will bloom with you. In other words there can be no mods without delinquents, no police without crime, no power without wealth, or can there. Yes there can. By letting go of everything and recreating yourself as a simple piece of this universal puzzle capable of changing everything by merely applying love with a rightous non selfish intent one discovers that you can lead and discipline without a title or a residue of authority. All kings must be de-kinged, there can be no royal lines, there can be no greater man than another by birthright and asset. birth and death are the only leveling acts of this game. Tom Cruise is not a more handsome intelligent person than any other man because he's a star... Humans create such redundancy by enabling other men and women to control them simply because you were told so at birth. You are made to believe that the president is a more capable leader than you because why? You are also told that anyone in America can be president and that's why this place is so great, but alas that's a lie too. no minority, woman, or non masonic man will ever be president of this country unless the powers that be want to use it to their advantage. In other words "hey, lets make obama president because then America will have something unique to be proud of again to brag to the world about how free and impartial we all are", or how about Hilary, lets make a woman president because then the population will relax again and trust us again. It's all a design to keep people sheeple. And that process is everywhere, where you work, at your school, and here. You have to play ball, to get a hit, and you have to know someone on the inside to get in yourself. favortism, nepotism, and imperialism with just the right dollop of fascist capitalism and vuala you have what seems to be law, order, and the best free country ever. Where ironically nothing is free, only the rich advance, and nobody can mind their own business. Humans are so incredibly weak minded they actually need to place other individuals closer to god, money, and power than them because they are afraid, and just down right told they don't have the talent to do it themselves. the pope is no closer to god than you, and if there is a god? I'd gladly smack the shit out of it and rub its dispicable face in this quagmire of religion, government, and royalty that is destroying the unalienable rights and liberties of everyone involved. Down with kings and sheriffs and in with love and freedom.

        Nearly a reality series.LOL>

you look great with a............window behind you. The colors were so carefully selected. Could it have been "Susan Somers"? Gossh...then. She's all over the place.
        Nice priestly simile

Long as the closet has the costumes and you have the 'mod' name, I don't see any reason why you can't
        have all the extras.. Like
        collars,,
        necklaces,
wan grimaces that indicate spiritual staff...ewh.
I'm a bit embarrassed aboout the fellow with the big
diaper. I applaud his bravery, but if it were a visual
aid to his literary promotion, I'd have to see if he were going to use it for some theatrical purpose. Besides we know he has a cat that was nursed by a New Orleans
deer. All that crazy stir and all did it.

Now. I'm on the hedgegrove of Spielberg & I think he'd go for this in a pathetic way.
        Ya think? LOL>

    SUPERB ARTISTRY

I think you did a fabulous job here Paul and regardless of what one member has stated about the use of a curse word, it IS the reality of the site that we as moderators have to deal with those who spew words we dislike all the time. This was written in fun and jest and should be taken for its entertainment value. I for one love the effort and time you have put into this. You get no complaints from me!

Not sure that a column that has a swear word (in the third image) that goes around the sensorship of the site should:
    1. Be aloud
    and
    2. Be featured.

Just my opinion. You should set the example, not break the rules.
