If you want to get reads on your poems there are a few ways to do so.
There is the shameless promotion box Hover over the 'Read' tab at the top of the page, and scroll down to 'Shameless' in the drop-down menu. On the right-hand side, you will have the option of adding a shameless promotion you are to promote your poem and give a reason why someone should read the poem. It costs 10 points.
Then there is featuring poems for comments the help section under the tutorial can help you in how to do these. Look for this step in the Help Tutorial section:
Step 3 - Learn about adding a "Feature"
The third and best way to get reads on your poems is to read and comment on other members poems. They are more likely to respond by reading and commenting on your poem if you do. Not everyone will know when you post a poem unless you are on their favorites list. So if you want your poems read and comments on them, you need to do the same.
Make sure it is a thoughtful comment that shows you read the poem. These types of comments get the best responses and the most return the favors.
