Thank You All
Ryan and Lamia, this has been a wonderful experience for me. The contest was so well run and thought out, with attention to detail, unbiased judging ( which believe me is so hard to find these days)with inspiring challenges and a wonderfully
talented group of poets from which I have made many friends. Although it was a competition, there was an air of comraderie which was quite wonderful, it was helpful and supportive and I had a blast. You guys get top marks for the way you ran this contest from start to finish, and nicer people on this site both in the judging and in the competition I would be hard pressed to ever find. Hugs to you all, it feels rather strange right now not to have a new survivor assignment to ponder, I guess there will be contest hangover. I know that survivor two has started up and have perused the list of names finding so many talented poets on the roster, I wish you all good luck and much success , but most of all I wish you to have a wonderful time, improving your skills, making friends along the way and just having a wonderful time. ahh.. Cupcrazy thanks. But don't think that I didn't get much out of these contests.. I got to met you and so many other talented people who are some of my favourites on the site... it gives me a blast myself to hold them. I hope your 'hangover' isn't too bad? No worries, on the side of Poets Survivor I think I will be hosting some mini-round ones.. like 3 or 4 round ones on certain topics.. but I gotta wait until those delicious AP points shoot up so more..
so no worries, still some near impossible feats ahead
