I’ve read so much “humour noir” these past few days that I’m afraid of becoming too cynical…
In a way, laughing at death and making fun of the scariest yet inevitable outcome to life, is a little bit on the path towards accepting it…
It is known that death and it’s “existence” made life, and enjoying it, possible…for ages we have strived to overcome it, we have leaped centuries ahead in knowledge to provide ourselves “more time”.
Do we achieve living by finding ways to make it last longer?
Do we appreciate it all only because we know it's comming to end at some point?
Or do we fear last breaths and eternal peace?
“When you’re dead
To be or not to be is not the question anymore…”

i am actually accepting death. Perhaps because alchemy has failed, or as the Mexican movie Alchemist hinted, eternal life has its own price tag. or perhaps the continual passing aways of people, the disasters that could have come made me appreciate it as a moment determined.
Maybe this quote will be helpful: 'I am not afraid of death, I am just afraid of the process of dying' - George, Tom Stoppard's Jumpers
Perhaps what we fear, or evade is a seemingly horrendous process of ending life, but not the last breath. Humour noir is definitely exaggerating it. And thanks for commenting on my piece..I must have become an environmentalist at some point..

its not about how many years we live, its more about what we do durin' these years and how we seize and every moment!!
about death?! well im not sure really .. maybe by death we acheive sumthin else than this life, like bein' totally free, free spirit, free soul, u knw.. ur not all concern abt ur body and trapped in it.. but instead u fly away freely until u reach another body, another creature ..
(ya i kinda believe in reincarnation) .. but either wayz u got this "free phase" to pass through and thinkin' abt that will make me less scared of death .. yet i never delt with death in a very serious intimidated way.. but until now, thats how i see it
me..
