Welcome back once again to another new form of poetry in which life is all about learning and this time around, I'm proud to introduce to you the Signature Sonnet.
After being bored for a good while of not knowing what to write about whether it was a type of formed poetry or the usual free versed. The Signature Sonnet is in a way a sonnet BUT the difference is that with this type of sonnet is:
-is iambic octosyllable --or an eight syllables per line
-is three stanzas
-rhyme scheme is as follow: AABBA BBAAB ABABA
-topic has a more variety range which can include self thought/philosophy
However, when attempting to do a double Signature sonnet, the rhyme scheme AND the sestets stay the same with the exception of there being a combined total of thirty lines and six sestets. In other words, the rhyme scheme is AABBA BBAAB ABAB CDCDC DDCCD CCDDC.
I'll return back with a sample of one or both for a better understanding.
