CUSTOMIZING YOUR AUTHOR PAGE

To start with/upload a custom background:
1. Click on MY ACCOUNT at the top of your screen
2. Click on BACKGROUNDS in the YOUR ACTIVITY section
3. Click on ADD A NEW BACKGROUND located at the right of your screen
4. Click on the BROWSE button and make your selection by highlighting the image then click OPEN
5. Then Click the button ADD BACKGROUND
In the next step, you will confirm the approximate background color of this image and whether it needs a left border space. Then click EDIT BACKGROUND.

To use the custom background on your author page:
1. Click on CUSTOMIZE BACKGROUND from the right of the screen
2. Click on CUSTOM from the choice bar
3. Find the bkgrd you want to use and click CHOOSE THIS BACKGROUND
4. Then choose your FONT COLORS
5. Then click the SUBMIT TAB

Uploading custom graphics to the site:
1. Click on MY ACCOUNT at the top of your screen
2. Click on IMAGES in the YOUR ACTIVITY section
3. Click on ADD A NEW SECONDARY IMAGE at the right of the screen
4. Click on BROWSE, find the picture, animation or graphic you want to add and click OPEN
5. Give the image a TITLE (name) and click the ADD IMAGE tab

To customize your author page with font and graphics:

GRAPHICS
Click on EDIT AUTHOR INFO at the right of the screen
In the edit box: click where you want a picture, animation or graphic, (a line will be blinking) then at the right of the screen, just under ADD A SECONDARY IMAGE find the image you want, then click on it, either copy/paste the  or type it in the edit box exactly as it shows. Do this step as many times as you wish for each new image or repeating image (your image will not show until you click on the EDIT ACCOUNT ta*cool*///OR/// right click on the IMAGE that came up – and then click on PROPERTIES, highlight and copy the HTTP address/ then in the edit box click on the INSERT/EDIT IMAGE tab (it looks like a tree) and paste the HTTP address in the first box and then click INSERT and your image will show. When you are finished editing scroll to the bottom and click the EDIT ACCOUNT tab/

FONT
From the FONT dropdown menu, chose the style, then the FONT SIZE, choose a FONT COLOR by clicking on the [ A ] then type or paste in the edit box. You can also type in Microsoft word or office and choose a font from there then simply copy/paste it into the edit box, highlight it and color it and color you wish/
