She asked me if I ever noticed how all the great thinkers, writers, philosophers, workers and artists are extremely good at what they specifically do and how they suck in just about anything else...
I did notice...I've always believed that every human being has something special he or she is good at and it doesn’t really matter about the rest of it...it's as if each and every person had one sole purpose to achieve, one single act they could excel in and the everything else wasn’t really important to do, because there are others who are very much adequate for the task...
Einstein...great physicist, Nobel Prize winner, changed the way we looked at the universe...yet I'm pretty sure he couldn't cook a simple meal to save his own life...
Freud...great psychologist, revolutionized the way we consider ourselves and how we deal with problems...yet I'm pretty sure he couldn't solve a simple mathematical equation...
Neruda...great poet, touched people's emotions and taught them how to feel again...yet I'm pretty sure he couldn't fix a bike...
Grandpa...great gardener, he could grow just about anything and turn a desert into an oasis of pleasures...yet he couldn't write coherent words even if it took him ages...
Each one of us is good at something...
Each one of us is great in a specific field...
Each one of us can achieve the maximum just by knowing what it is and doing it...
All humans are artists...all artists are great...
Do something you love you'll excel in it...it is inevitable...
oh and it's all about passion...

Actually Einstein was known to suck at mathermathics. He would come up with the physical concepts yet his collegues were responsible for condensing it into a clear mathematical form.
Yet another masterpiece of yours. I really enjoy reading these. You are a very perceptive person who sees the world with such a broad way and this is perhaps one of the most important pieces in my opinion. We spend most of our lives envying others fpr what they have forgetting that we too are unique and special in our own way. We forget that we too have something to us that will make that other person envious of us. -
