[new IM] Group Place of Prayer, CrystalAnn: Hey Guys!!
Just wanted to share this short story with yall, (yes I said yall.. ha.. I am from Louisiana) Today at the store I stopped to get gas, and I was in such a hurry that I didn't notice the little boy whom was sitting on the curb, almost hidden behind the store. The main reason that I noticed him, was because a lady, who obviously had to be his mother was yelling at him, because he was asking for something to drink. This not only broke my heart, but I couldn't help but to step in, because the mother was indeed "out of her mind" at the moment. I went back into the store, and got a Icee, and a few bags of chips, candy and some water, and asked the clerk if she wouldn't mind when I got into the car to go and give it to the boy, so that they wouldn't know whom it came from, as I got into my car, and hadn't had a chance to shut the door yet, the clerk walked outside and handed it to the little boy. If I could even begin to explain the expression on his face, and the way he hugged her leg, I would, but it was so amazing just the site of his face. You know when I got back to work, I just happened to check my email and I received a email from an old friend, one which I have grown very far apart from, she was telling me that she got approved for the loan she applied for, for a house, she and her husband and kids, desperatley needed. Its amazing that when you learn to be a blessing to anyone, whether you know them or not, God is so amazing, he not only continues to bless you, but he abundently blesses those you care and love. I think that this was a miracle in the making. God Bless!!
