Follow the Butterfly

Moon and stars and life not death.
Now, in the middle of the night can you feel the moon shime upon your heart> Can you look up at the stars and feel their warmth? Life is what it is, is a false statement. Life is so much more than what your eyes can see. Life is more than black and white bigotry bullshit. Life is not what you make it, for life has instored so much, we can not make more for it. Life is there tograsp, and if you are strong enough, you can grap more than most. I choose to take all have to offer and search all possible shapes and forms it has. Life has so much too it. I live a very simple lifestyle, though I complicate my brain with that which my eyes can't see.

I follow the butterfly in hopes of achieving a perfect balance and knowledge of everything. This task will take many phases of life to aquire, but I look forward to my journey. And for now, I will say goodbye, till the next time, I say farewell.

    FantabulousUnderstandingInFlight!!!

just after getting half price for double prints at Wal-mart one hour photo, & the guy behind the counter also gave me two full sets of extra copies he'd accidentally printed...a little tan moth, with intricate design on wings fluttered down and landed right onto my hand...I paid the man, and put my finger under the little butterfly to move him so I could shake the photo lab guy's hand...for all he'd done for me, just because I had to wait...& at first the little flying friend didn't want to move from my right hand, but ablidged and stayed on my finger until I was half way through the store...then danced away in the air, as I said farewell...
I read your quotes on your author page, and then noticed your reference to following the butterfly...and this moment was brought to my mind...I share it because...sometimes...we have to let the butterfly, follow us...the balance, may very well be...not in searching...or even finding...yet...in Living...
flying thoughts...please don't clip these wings...
    take care...God Bless...

    Lovely and wistful!

This is a lovely poem and very wistful. I was recently in a butterfly garden and followed butterflies as they went from flower to flower of what was left of blooms in the garden. I really like what you have written. Please do not take offense, but you do need to correct some minor typos (I think), like moom shine and a couple of other little things. I like the line
'Can you look up at the stars and feel their warmth? Life is what it is, is a false statement. Life is so much more than what your eyes can see.' I will read more of your poetry when I have more time. Jane
