I will give an example, the reason I am upset over this actually, so you can see what I mean.
There is someone, I will kindly leave unnamed, that in the past has left poetry as a comment on one or more of my writes. At first it did not bother me too much as it was related to what I penned. Then I noticed it was always on something I had just promoted. I usually promote for no less then ten clicks. This person was always in the first three or four of the comments. On one occasion they even left two poems and links to more of their writes. Today this person left two poems that took up so much space on my comment field, that their write was all you could see. It over shadowed my write, and all other comments. They also invited "me" to read more of their works as well. I deleted their comment, but it upset me because I finally realized what this thief was doing. In essence, stealing my promotion points.
I have no problem with people sending me links to their writes if they relate to what my write is about. I have no problem with someone IMing me with their writes. But to take up so much space on someones promoted work is rude. I believe that if someone does this they should be ticketed by the site. I think as fellow writers we should show some common courtesy to one another. Stealing points and piggybacking is NOT a common courtesy. I usually return the favor of commenting on people's works. I comment on more then the suggested four per each post I make. I believe we should support and encourage one another on this site. This sort of behavior definitely goes against the afore mentioned.
Some will be trite and claim I am upset because the other persons writing was better then mine, that is an opinion. I am upset because of the rude nature of the act. People that do this need to stop being selfish and get their head out of their ass. That is my two cents worth.

i looked you up on the promote list and found the poem on your author page, which i might add is incredibly beautiful, i read almost all of it, about your fam, and your man in the USAF, anyways back to the point *laughs softly* i totally agree, it's never happened to me, and i'll be putting a stop to it if it ever does, thanks for bringing this to my attention before it happened, i'm even going to give you some more points to promote this again some day down the road if this crops up it's ugly head again 
Well as long as it is being dealt with, I'd hate to think that this went without some sort of light shone on it.
