There are two kinds of people in this backstabbing world: the people who deserve the air in their lungs and the blood in their veins.... and the people who don't. The first type aren't your average, everyday passerby. They fall into the bottom of the bucket as the minority that values integrity. The second type are the ones marching on the top of that bucket. And although they've mastered the task of impersonating the previous type, deep down they're still the separate majority that mocks true integrity.
Following is a list of actions that will qualify a person for inclusion in the second type of people broken down into three categories (in no particular order).
1. "Discrimination"
-If you've ever been party to a decision to form any sort of exclusion of others based on their gender, age, appearance, religion, race, sexual orientation or handicap.
2. "Disrespect"
-If you've ever openly demanded things from others which you do not perceive to be willing of being demanded of right back at you.
3. "Dishonesty"
-If you've ever made a promise that you did not intend to keep or told somebody a flat out lie with intent of a hurtful outcome for them (whether it be physical or emotional).
Being sorry about a wrong you have caused somebody does not cover up for the fact that you have wronged them. Once a member of the second type of people, always a member. If you seek forgiveness there is always Jesus. But if you seek actual forgiveness you must look within yourself, find the part that allows you to act in ways that can't be justified through logic, and destroy it. If you ever wish to join the receding flanks of the first type of people you must first change who you are.
And just so you're not offended by this rant from some angsty teenager with nothing else better to write about, I'll gladly step down off of my high horse and give you the run down of where I stand. I am a proud surviving member of type two people. Just this morning I told a group of Jewish people that they were going to Hell because my religion said so. I gave six of my students detention because they refused to participate in the pledge of allegiance. And I lied about everything I did this morning in an angsty little essay about the two kinds of people there are in this world: those that get stabbed in the back, and those that wield the knife.
Say what you will. Us type two people are much lower than your words could ever fully describe. I should know.

Damn! This was great. I could imagine a person who would write this to be in a very pissed off mood. Were you?
I'm guilty of being both types... unfortunately.
Anyway, I like this a lot, even though it made my eyes wide- I was shocked at how blunt you were, I like this for what it is- and a lot of people I know need to take a nice- long look at this.

Ok, so this really is such a show of true talent. When you can take someone with different views, opinions, etc. than you and have them respect, appreciate and love the work... well, that is true talent. That is exactly what you have here. I may not share the exact same beliefs, but wow... did I ever respect this and find it amazing. Wow..
