Before a journey over the sea is done, even the staltworthy landlubber knows that some precautions are made.  A boat must come with a sort of propelling device: a desire to move.  A boat must have direction, a sense of navigational properties: a compass.  It must carry some sort of nourishment for the crew and boat on it's epic journey: a provider.  It must gain a faithful, talented crew to main its posts and maintain its order.  Finally, it must also have a place to dispose of unwanted materials and filth: a toiletry.  These are the gifts that each vessel must take aboard upon its fateful journey.

         - - -

~~The Desire

Every ship must move in some fashion.  Else it shall be cast upon the waves and forsaken unto the temporate whims of the many watery evils.  The propulsion to move cannot be achieved without the compass to steer it by and the talented crew to man its post and keep it safely moving away from the darkened dangers of the journey.  The desire of the ship gives the talented crew purpose and follows the unchanging direction of the compass.  Desire must not be forgotten, but it alone cannot sustain the vessel upon its age-long trek.

~~The Compass
The direction a ship chooses can mean life and death for each vessel.  Should it venture off its course, it can careen into hidden troubles or dangers unknown to the common observer.  A ship's safest course is mapped out before it by the ever true compass.  The compass of a boat directs the way for the skipper to steer, and all depends upon it to show the way.  Alone, however, a compass is not enough for a boat to sustain itself on.  For without desire to move the boat and the toiletry to keep it's direction clear and strong, what good could a compass be to such a ship?  It would be of no use to a ship without movement, nor a would it be of use if rust and grime were rampant upon it's ill-used pages.

~~The Provider
A ship of great desire and a well used compass can only move so far before it runs out of fuel.  So, a provider is given to the ship.  This provider gives fuel to the desire that moves it and energy to the talented crew that maintains it.  However, a provider is useless without a talented crew to wait upon nor the desire to move the ship upon which it rests.  For a provider's purpose is to fuel the ship's desire and to keep the talented crew fulfilled with the energy they need.  Without either of these things, even the best provider is as nothing to a ship for a provider alone cannot keep the ship moving upon its path.

~~The Talented Crew
The crew mans the wheel, studies the map, cleans and maintains every inch of the boat and goes about such manners of chores and such that must be done to keep the boat upon its charted path and viable.  Without a good and talented crew, a ship is sent adrift without the means to use its desire and further its journey.  A talented crew is needed to read the compass and to gain the ship direction.  By itself, the talented crew is wasted without the aid of the toiletry.  For a talented crew becomes dirty and covered in daily grime through out their duties and the toiletry washes away all that of which that slows them down and weakens them.  It removes the rust and smudges that are left upon the ship and cleanses the sickness from many a ill member.

~~The Toiletry
Filth and grime cover many a thing given enough time and ill-maintenance.  So a toiletry is given to the ship to remove the slowing and impeding instruments that tamper all said things of a ship and crew.  The toiletry depends upon the talented crew for both use and need.  For should the talented crew not be present, a toiletry is wasted upon the vessel.  A boat must have a toiletry for the sake of the talented crew.

Against these said provisions are stack many an evil darkness to thwart a boats passage.  These vile diversions are the conditions of which the vessel must trek through to reach its destination: it's haven.  In these said offenses, even the skipper's intuition is apt to be guilty of compromise.  To further even more the ship's battle on its voyage, the morale of both crew and captain can gain much ground in the opposing direction.  These are the vile evils that every voyage must face full on, without hesitation.

         - - -

~~The Conditions
Regardless of the insipid weather conditions that is afforded each journey, the good ship will maintain its weary course, guided by the greatest compass ever given.  Steering through calm and violent waters, this vessel will not grow tired through out its age-long travel.

~~The Intuition
Even the skipper's intuition cannot overrule the straight and true compass that keeps the vessel running straight.  It will not sway to port nor to starboard as the angry waves beat upon its white washed planks.  Not a breath to one nor the other side will this empowering compass move, and not a hair's breath can the skipper allow.

~~The Morale
No matter the mutinous intent of the crew--nor even the captain--for all their morale will sway the best of ships from its trail ridden course.  Morale sways with the ebbing tides, yet the boat will not rock from its course.  It's only hoe is its safe harbor: it's haven.

So be a faithful ship.  Own a compass of greatness unbound, and abandon yourself into this voyage of life.  Receive your provider with open arms and gain a talented crew to main your posts.  Remember to keep and use a toiletry that will cleanse the ship and crew of daily toils.  Let the desire unfurl and gain precedence over you in your course.  Give heed to your ever faithful, unchanging compass and you will find the final haven. This was spurred by the sermon yesterday (Sunday).  I've been working on some of the kinks and such, so it's not exactly concrete or whatever.  Anyway, it's posted now, so if you feel the need to bash my works just because of the Christian theme to this write, please look elsewhere for your own vile enjoyment.  I don't like it and I don't appreciate it if people want to bash my writes.

That said, here's some aid for anyone that cares to look.
Desire is your motivation.  The Compass is your bible.  The Talented Crew are your many individual talents.  The Provider is God.  The Toiletry is prayer and forgiveness.  The haven is Heaven.

Oky, enjoy!

    Thanx

A sermon? Actually...this was never an actual sermon. I just sort of came up with it over time. I'm glad you liked it though. I'm still a little confused as to what this is about because of all its complexities and everything, but still... *shrug* Oh yes, and if you don't like being around a lot of people, what if you were in something like...say a small group? Like 3-5 people or something? That may help you. If you don't try, you'll never know. That's what I was told, anyway. Thanx for the comment.

    Wonderful!

I liked it! I liked it alot. It was very interesting to read, and I can only imagine hearing it! Now see, that is a sermon I would show up to hear! I don't like going to church very much... because I feel that if one wants to worship God one can do it by one's self instead of in the presnece of a bunch of people... but that reminds me of why people do go to church. To LEARN. I forget that part of it sometimes. Thank you for reminding me.
Please don't think badly of me for not going to church or anything... I have a series of problems too long to list, one of them is social anxiety... and being in church with all those people makes me very uncomfortable, and I prefer to worship my God alone, on my own time. It's just the way I am... i'm weird about things like that. *shrugs* But that is a wonderful write. Keep up the great work.
