It was on the news that in Belleville Illinois, starting next year, there are laws restricting the age of trick or treaters. If you are over 14, then you can be fined for trick or treating.
So is Halloween supposed to be just for kids?

“There were consequences after all but they were the consequences to things you didn't even know you'd done.” (thinkexist.com) Global warming is the consequence of many actions that people take for granted. Driving a car, smoking a cigarette, cutting down trees, all of these things have contributed to the devastation that is likely to occur on this planet. - This is something about 9/11 I have yet to understand.
