A new word (cartard).

Well the other day I was just about as frustrated as I have ever been driving. Idiots were needlessly whipping past me, slamming on brakes with no one in front of them, passing me just to break and turn off just as soon as they had got in front of me. It was a nightmare. I was so frustrated at the lack of what seemed to me to be common sense and road etiquette that I was just before cursing. Then low and behold I see the trophy for the day. Here comes an truck weaving from side to side, driving at least twenty miles over the speed limit, with his brights on. And I'm thinking "Oh great! I wonder what his problem is. Then he begins to pass me and what is he doing? Texting on a very visible cell phone drinking a beer while driving. I did a double take just to make sure that my mind wasn't going. As he pulls neck and neck to me he notices me looking at him and decides to wave!!! This action, he seemed to forget, needed a totally new hand to perform. So this of course leave the steering wheel unattended, causing him to swerve my way. This is because I was in the slow lane and he had a beer in his right hand so as his left hand moves to wave at me it shifts the steering wheel several degrees to the right. Causing my necessary lane change to the shoulder of the road. I braked and he gassed and nobody got hit. So he saw no need to stop, so he swerved his way down the high way. I soon got a hold on my frayed nerves and went home. Thinking the whole time how retarded some people got behind the wheel of a car. That is why I coined a fake word to display my displeasure for those people that every one wonders how they got their license in the first place. A Cartard. A Cartard is anyone, whether they normally have good sense or not, that upon being placed behind the wheel of a car begins to behave in completely irrational manner. Such activities include drinking, texting, reading (I've seen this done! Books, magazines, newspapers, mail, ect.), doing hair, applying makeup (such things include applying anything that requires prolonged gazing into a mirror, or more than one hand to apply *for example painting toe nails* I've also seen this one done.), shaving, putting in contacts (I shudder at the thought), watching television (people with more toys than brains), fumbling through items in the back seat of a car (I understand sometimes mothers have to do this, but it doesn't make it any safer. If mothers would think about the consequences to their children they wouldn't do it.) and I'm sure that there are more. Leave me a message about what you think and if you have any ideas for this.
