So I was going through Manda Kathryn's lists and Dani's as well and thought these forms would be SO useful if I could remember them ... but I know I can't remember them, and I can't be stuffed having to stalk their pages all the time
so I put them all in a column for me to use at a later date
These are really INTERESTING FORMS TO USE and SO simple!!
tetractys: (10, 4, 3, 2, 1)
Double Tetractys: (1, 2, 3, 4, 10) (10, 4, 3, 2, 1)
Triple Tetractys: 5 lines per verse (1, 2, 3, 4, 10,)( 10, 4, 3, 2, 1) ( 1, 2, 3, 4, 10)
Haiku: 3 lines (5, 7, 5)
Tanka: 5 lines (5, 7, 5, 7, 7)
Fibonacci: 7 lines ( 1,1,2,3,5,8,13)
Cinquain: 5 lines (2,4,6,8,2)
Rictameter: (4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2) Making the final line the same two syllable word you began with.
