So stresses

As if im not stressed enough already what with having moved 6 hours away from home, split up with my boyfriend, my course being so intense, my flat mates being jerks. Some twat on facebook sends me an email saying this

I am literally shaking and on the verge of tears. I never wanted to be in this posistion again but I just seem to be back right in the darkness again and I cant find a way out this time
