Love why is it not what it once was

Theres something wrong with the love of today and if you look closely here are the reasons why.

Love what is it about love that makes us so crazy embarassed and blushing? For teenagers there's a simple explanation hormones but what about when you go from teen to full grown adult? Is there an excuse for our silly child-like behavior or should we be more professional about the subject because we are more experienced? This is the question I placed in front of myself and after a lot of thought and observing many others I believe that the main reason for our silly awkward behavior is fear...now let me guess what you're thinking fear well that's obvious every sarah,suzy, and michelle knows that. The fact is that it isn't only fear there's more to it than that the very thing that we fear is how the other person will feel about what we say or do so we're tip-toeing around these uncomfortable subjects in an effort to make the person we're around like us more. Both sexes are playing a role and maybe this is why love isn't what it used to be....we have lost. What once seemed so precious is now no more because of the simple fact that we can never be ourselves now to say that it is the televisions fault for placing the epitome of perfection on the screen would be wrong.On the other hand it does lead us to expect way too much from one another as if we're all supposed to have this crisp clean slate but unfortunately it does not work this way and we all have a past. What I am trying to get across...aka the whole point of this article is that we can no longer expect perfection so please give one another a break be yourselfs and then maybe we can once again have the fairy as seen in the works of shakespeares romeo and juliet and all the other great love stories that will last for generations to come.
