I found another of those advertisements .... "Mail order Latin Brides". They've been circulating like an illness around the web... "Mail order beautiful women", "Beautiful women from Argentina, you know you want to", "looking for a Bride, find it here" and so much more. Its really sick... i mean do these men click on the links sincerely believing this beautiful woman will turn up on their doorstep and marry them?

Actually, my (pay attention I'm only typing this once).... my sister-in-law's step mother is a 'mail order bride'. From I think Laos. For the sake of this lets call her Jane.
Some of the websites are exploitive in nature, that is, it's pretty much slavery. Some of them however, such as Jane, volunteer to be mail order brides to escape their country.
Some people might be consider this 'exploiting the system'. I don't. I figure if your country/life is so bad that you'd volunteer to marry some random idiot, than you deserve whatever you can get.
As for my sister in law's dad... he's estranged from the entire family save once a decade family meetings. -
