Fleet Commodore-- Commodore Rouge. Where as Simply Simple is in charge of the land battles, Rouge is in charge of the sea.
Brevet ranks are honorary ranks, typically given on the battle field where you don't have the proper authorization or paperwork to confirm it. Brevet ranks can be confirmed in a few ways, which will be specified to each person who holds the rank.
HOW TO FIGHT:
In order to defeat the Dangerously Evil Villains Instigated by Lukeira, do everything you can to undermine them. Argue with them, contradict them, glomp them, FIGHT THEM! Or, if you see your fellow soldiers engaging in battle, help them!

Men and Women of the Unicorn Nation (actually, I've noticed all we have are women), I am sad to say that one the allegedly valued members of our military, specifically the navy, has fallen from the light. Lieutenant Captain Amber SL, formerly Aeris Silverlight, formerly of the Army, has defected to the Lukeiran Army. Do not be enraged at poor Amber, for she has been tricked into the darkness. We can only hope and pray that she can be returned to the light. Until she is returned, however, she is to be treated as the enemy. I know you may have reservations on attacking a former comrade-in-arms, but as long as she is with Lukeria she is to be stopped at all costs.
