Positive Being

Beginning attempt at explaining the rut we all seem to run in. The thought was prompted by a program on discovery about thought controlling water. It is proven to be so.
Not completed yet.
This is my doctoral thesis out of the school of hard knocks.
Buddy
Positive thinking is only a cover over our negative programming. We need to make a change and use the power of positive being. Living in the now and utilizing the power of it.

We need to become the scientist in our lives, experimenting with our existence using mental imaging. Wake up and ‘see’ how the day will go. The way you would ideally have it go. Visualize the positive flow of it, all things going well and as you want them to go, not as you are used to them going and have become addicted to.

What are thoughts made of? (electrical impulses)

Why do we create our same reality, going through the same old shit over and over?

Our brain does not know the difference between reality and thoughts.

1) We affect the reality we see.
(Darkfield Microscope by M. Emoto)

90 % of our bodies are water
thoughts effect water

Quantum physics is proving, we can and do create our own reality.

“I consciously create my day the way I want it to be.”

Addiction is a state of physiological or psychological dependence on a drug (chemical). It causes the feeling of a rush, created by external or internally manufactured chemicals. We be come addicted to certain chemical rushes in our bodies. The negativity we create in our lives feeds the chemical dependency we have become used to having. We have created a habit, a dependency on those chemical reactions.
The brain processes 400 billion bits of info per second, and we only provide it with 2000 from external physical awareness. What do we do with the other 398,997,000 bits, where do they come from… thoughts and feelings.

Think, the first time we do anything it is awkward and difficult. The more we do it the easier it becomes… because we are developing neural pathways with which to accomplish our desired tasks.

It takes 21 days to develop the habit of doing a task, because the body is developing those neural pathways. Repetitive use creates linked dendrites, which creates better control over what we are doing.

Stop and observe… be the observer in your life. This helps to keep us from living an action/re-action type of life.

Addiction is something that we become dependent on. Situations give us the feelings we need, caused by the release of specific neuro-peptides, that we become addicted to, whether the situations are good or bad.

The hypothalamus creates 20 different amino acids, called neuro-peptides, which are chemicals that create our moods. We become habituated to these emotional experiences to get the desired feelings from the neuro-peptides. If we keep returning to the same old situations, then we must be addicted to the specific neuro-peptide released by that experience. If we can become addicted to heroin, then we can become addicted to the peptides, both are simple chemicals. When our cells become bombarded by these peptides, they become more receptive to it. When the cells divide, the sister cells have more receptors for that specific chemical, thus reinforcing the need for it.

Course correction-
If thoughts can effect water, imagine what we can do to ourselves, @ 90% water.

We base our assumptions of today’s reality, on our memories of yesterday. We need to stop doing this and live each day based on what we want out of it.

    Amazing...

Thank you for sharing your scientific observations. I believe I can now fly, Buddy. Thanks, I've always wanted to be a bird!!
    Peace,
    Cyn

The impossible has happened before. Can you fly? Believing is a great start.

Yes, I believe I can fly... and if I'm not being too optimistic, maybe I can also dance!!

  • This is incredible!

I can't wait to read more on it!
