Here is the deal.
You are to pick a letter.
Only one letter.
And your entire poem each first word
of each line must start with that letter,
and the last word of each and every line
must end with the same letter.
Now, this is what I mean.
Silly children smiles
Sailing down the seas
Savoring ice cream cones
The letter "S" is the first and last letter
in each of those three lines.
Not only must you use the same letter,
but I expect each poem to make sense
when it is read.
If this has no name, we can call it
Riftillish {Rif till ish}
for the silliness I want.

This here poem is done, with a theme like this
First and second line start with the same letter
Third to six same letter
Seventh to tenth same letter
Eleventh to fourteenth same letter
Fifthteenth and sixthteenth repeat first and second letter
Last is First, Third, Seventh, Eleventh first letters in that order.
There does not have to be a rhyme, or meter.
A form I did for my contest. and others I have thought up

Bounce Bright
Bouncing happy cherub
Brigtly dancing around a shrub
Brandishing a daffodil bulb
Bringing spring's gleeful hubbub

Naturally
Natural was the expression
nobody could have known
now we have an election
north of the meridian
Never has this been seen
noble was the politician
nasty as he has been
now he has sought protection
