Been missing for a while.
Been Diagnosed as BiPolar Type 1 Rapid Cycling.
Don't know how much more I will be around here as the drugs are fucking (sorry) terrible.
Sorry all been on a massive downer for the last few weeks.
Will keep you up to date when I can.
I have started a blog to record my days as I have developed very bad memory loss. You can look if you like. If not no worries.

My poor baby...just keep plugging away and doing your best sweetheart. You know that we love you and that's all that counts. No matter what the experts diagnose you're still Simon and that's the person we know and love so never give up! You've cheered me up and made me laugh so many times when I was down so you can rely on me to do the same thing for you.
So...how about one of those online meals we used to talk about. You name it and I'll cook it

Thinking of you bro.. I hope the drugs settle down.. I know what it's like cause I'm on some heavy duty ones too and they kick your a@@ for a while.

I'm sorry, hon'. I know that has to be very rough on you and your family. Sometimes, when you have to take medication for this type of thing, it will take a while to find the right dose you need. It's good that you're keeping a diary because that will be proof that, if the drugs aren't helping, that you need to try something else.
Just know that I'm keeping you in my thoughts and that I'm wishing you well.
