This is no joke, I just recently downloaded it to my laptop and it actually works with all the voice clips and teachings, it's not just Japanese but you can download any other language provided.

As usual I was just messing around finding some important software and well look what I came across, a free japanese learning thingy to download, it's free and trust worthy.
