My New Diet.. Very Strict.

The Plan, Revised Courses.

RULES:
1. Complain All You Want.
2. NO Quitting.
3. No Rest.
4. No Chocolate
5. No Cheating.
6. If You Cheat, Start Over.

Not there yet, but closer than I was yesterday.
My friend gave me this. She use to do it, and it does work. So, it's what I'm starting on Monday (5.11.09)

It's very strict.

COURSE ONE:

Duration: 5 days.

Calorie Limit: 0-590/ day.

Food Restrictions:
-No red meats
-No Dairy
-No Oil
-No Avocado
-No Nuts
-No Butter
-No Sugared Sodas.
-Fish is Allowed
-Cheese is okay, in small amounts.
-Sugar is okay, in fruits.
-Get a lot of vegetables and fruits.
-Poultry is alright.
-WATCH THE CALORIES

Exercise Requirements:

MORNING: Stretch & do 100 crunches (I do full sit ups instead. You can do more than the amount, but be sure to pace yourself a little bit.)
AFTERNOON: 45 Minutes of cardio & 50 crunches
BEFORE BED: 50 crunches (Don't do this RIGHT before bed or you won't be tired. Do it a good one - two hours before bed.)

Weight Loss Goal: 2-3 lbs.


IMPORTANT INFO:

*Black Coffee- Speeds up your metabolism
*Negative Calories- Calories that take more energy to digest than they contain. (Good To Eat)
*GET PLENTY OF WATER AND SLEEP!

COURSE TWO:

Duration: 14 days.

Calorie Limit: 0-700/ day

Food Restrictions: The same as in Course One.

Exercise Requirements:
MORNING: 50-100 Crunches
AFTERNOON: 90 Minutes of cardio & 50 crunches
BEFORE BED: 50 crunches.

Weight Loss Goal: 5-10 lbs.

This is my life for the next couple months.
I have to see her for Course Three after I'm half way done with Course Two.. :/

I'll keep you posted on how it all works out when I start it.

I've already been doing 200 sit ups a day, and 100 jumping jacks. But that takes all of about, 10 minutes for me. So, I'm going to have to start running again too.

Idk. What do you all think about this?


STATS:

Age: 15, sadly.
Height: 5' 8''
Weight: 160-165. It fluctuates.
Chest/ Torso: 36DD- about 15-16 lbs total. (Yes, it matters. -_-)

Lowest Weight: 145/150 ish.
Highest Weight: 175.
Goal Weight: 135-140 would be fine with me.
