Clothing: Vary. Sometimes found wearing a short black skirt made of thin material, knee-high high-heeled boots, with a set of chains hanging down from her belt of weapons to about an inch above her knee, hitting the side of her thigh. Her top may then consist of two shirts: one long-sleeve fishnet which covers her arms and stomach, and over that a black spaghetti strap which ends above her belly button.
Sometimes found wearing simple tight-fitting black jeans along with a tight-fitting short-sleeve black shirt, black high-heeled boots. Her outfit always consists of her belt which holds her weapons, fastened loosely to hang around her waist.
Often found wearing a thick, warm black cloak.

A dagger [Thorn] which has a flower carved into its blade and which holds poison in its tip, released into the body at contact. The poison drains energy, weakening them and making their attacks less powerful.
Natural Special Abilities (like sharp senses, shapeshifting): Shapeshifting[somewhat], Natural speed, mind communication, water manipulation, natural healer, transportation.
Magic: The ability to call upon the natural element water whenever need be, as well as ice and snow, and to manipulate and use it however she wishes.
The ability to form daggers out of thin air, given to her by Rei Marellus, along with the ability to form daggers made completely of ice [a thick ice that can only be broken by beings of true power], which, when in contact with the skin, spreads ice along the body, starting from the entering point.
Personality: At some times she may seem kind and giving, others she can be harsh and cruel. She protects, as well as leads, if need be.
Background:
Her mother died when Ilia was born, and her father raised her wonderfully. However, her father somehow separated from her when she was in her teenage years during an attack on their home village. Her memory of the tragedy is foggy, and all she remembers is waking up in an underwater cave. She lived there for some time, working in the arts of magick, learning from many old books that were there. The cave was quite homely, and so she made it her home for two, maybe three years. She befriended many aquatic animals, as well as gained the power to manipulate water, and gained the ability to breathe underwater. She worked with these abilities every day, making them stronger and more powerful each time.
Eventually, she exited the cave and returned to the surface world. She found herself on the shore of some town, filled with strange creatures, including vampires. Due to her living situation, her skin had become as pale as the moon, which led many that she met to believe her as a vampire.
She met and befriended many people, and even adopted a young girl to raise as her own. [Nytefox Hunter]. Her new daughter granted her a special gift, the ability to morph into the form of a white tiger, with midnight blue stripes rather than black. She also befriended a Queen Vampyress, Lamia Luna Avaritia, who turned Ilia into a vampyre herself.
Ilia roamed the lands of this new world for many years, settling in many places, yet none filled her heart. She came across a deserted land, which seemed to be lively before. She worked, using her magick and her pure knowledge, and carved the land into a beautiful kingdom. During her time there, she would often visit her underwater home, and met a young man by the name of Rei Marellus. She befriended him, and helped him to conquer his inner demon [literally]. As a thanks, the man granted her the power to form daggers whenever needed. This added to her ability to form daggers of ice, which she had acquired with her water manipulation learning.
She lived in her kingdom for many years until it started to wilt. With a long face, she abandoned her home and continued her travels, picking up new friends along the way still and adding to her adopted family.
She eventually met a demon, by the name of Malkuth. He was her adopted sister’s husband; however, after spending quite some time with him, she found herself falling in love with the man, and she was happy to learn that the feeling was returned. They led their life of love in secret, and eventually she became with child. To everyone else, the father was unknown, but the child was named after his uncle Malkuth, because her brother-in-law had agreed to help Ilia with the boy. However, to the two, it was their son of love, and named after his father.
Soon after Malkuth [Jr]’s birth, the two separated. The boy’s father had become distant, and slowly began to break Ilia’s heart. So she moved on, taking her son with her, and wandered the lands once more.
Once again, she tried to build a kingdom that she could rule and that could become her home. This one, however, was successful. She named the land Elenia, in memory of her father Elenor, whom she didn’t pass a day without thinking of.
She watched as the land prospered, and was honored with the title rank of Clan rather than Kingdom, by a group of people known as the Ancients. Her adoptive family continued to grow, as she set her heart on the line time and time again only to be rejected painfully.
However, she finally settled finding a man who loved her for her, Tuyen Lucian Neal. The two shared a wonderful life of love, married, and he was placed on the empty throne for King of Elenia. Ilia became with child yet again, techniqually, children; Twins. The two were overly joyed about the news.
However, the two became distant, and separated. Tuyen came back once, to deliver their children, and just as quickly left, without so even knowing their names.
Ilia stayed at home with her children and ran her Clan accordingly, and watched with pride as it continued to grow. However, soon the land began to slowly perish, and the pain in her heart was just too much for her to handle. She left for some time, in search of her father.
She found her father just in time; He was being attacked when she discovered him yet again. She fought to protect him best she could; However, he perished in that battle, and she returned home, even more heartbroken than before, and nearly dead from the effort of the fight.
She stayed in Elenia then, sitting with misery until her new love had returned, by the name of Minotaur. She had, however, by that time given the throne up to one of her good age-long friends, Celadoran, who ran the clan accordingly. However, after quite some time away, she learned to forget the past and focus on the future. She returned to the throne and watched as the land quieted, no matter her attempts at saving it. After years of success, the land now sits in silence, continuing to welcome any who may arrive.
She now wanders silently through the lands, observing the changes that have been made and the new lands being formed.
