Imam Husain [a], the greatest emperor who brought the greatest revolution ever on earth. The one whose personality and character influenced millions of people who as yet mourn him every year. Thousands of elegies from millions of poets are being dedicated to Imam Husain [a]. As a result today people have the names of Mir Anees, Mirza Dabeer, Josh Malihabadi, Najm Afandi by heart. These people did not hold any wealth except the pen that wrote the elegies upon Imam Husain [a].
Today there are elegy writers, poets, researchers, elegy reciters, lecturers, scholars and a huge industry that is running solely for the rememberance of the revolution of Imam Husain [a]. Millions of people were influenced by the ideology of Imam Husin [a] and even Edward Gibbon could not control himself and said, 'Live Like Ali [a] & Die Like Husain [a]'.
