Okay, now decided I'm going to focus on human macro shots.
Macro = close up
Any one have any ideas or themes I could do?
I can also stray away slightly and do objects too.
Someone help with some ideas?

eyes are overdone, why not try taking an object about the same color of the eye, and taking a picture with it and the eye? For example, green eyes you can get a leaf and place it right below the eye..kind of resting on the cheek, and apply green eyeshadow and/or some yellow in there.
ect with brown and blue...get crazy with it and photoshop other eye colors... -
you actually have a photography CLASS in school?!?!? You have no idea how lucky you ARE!
And I've seen your work on deviantart...I'm on there as well....and I envy you
For human shots, why not try straying from the norm. The norm is generally close ups on faces (ESPECIALLY eyes and lips) or, sometimes, hands and of course teh sexual ones....I'll not go into that...
Why not try feet or arms or ears....something like that?? -

I actually just found a really cool macro foot shot, I liked it

I know what you're saying though, I'm wanting to stray from the norm. I like cliche photos, but they are overdone

Coolness. I love random photography. If I come up with any ideas I'll let you know.

I used to take up photography In college and well we done nothing like this, have you tried different styles of composition to find out what is the most effective, you can also choose a certain theme by the way it is edited, just as the infusion of grayscale and colour, some shots are effective, for eyes you can leave the background grayscale but can have the eye in colour so it is more focused on that point, try it out, if it goes wrong don't worry It'll still class as development and help you to get better.

Coz it's pre-tertiary level, we get to just choose whatever we want
That's a pretty good idea. I tried that with lips last year, grey scale background and blood red lipstick
Thank you ^^ -

During my year of photograpghy we messed around with lightings, Low key and high key to say in technical terms, I had the subject of capturing life and death in a few shots, which was a hard given topic towards me as I wasn't allowed access to real life dead bodies, however I used the very same technique, a woman bound in chains, blindfolded, the rest of the subject matter I done in grayscale, blurred it a little and coloured the blood to thick red giving it the real appeal.

I think my teacher would have a heart attack if I did that!!
But I like that idea, something new

Try saying Hi and see how many answer and their facial expressions to a stranger talking to them. Of course be careful not to get the wrong type that might react strangely of course that's really the point to get different reactions

That is actually a really good idea

Human macro shots huh....Hmm close up pictures of eyes are good, other ideas... i like taking pictures of flowers using macro or animals, they tend to work out really well.
-
-
Yeah, I was thinking eyes with dramatic make up... but they're done so often >.<
It's for my pre-tertiary class lol -
-
Ah really? Yea eyes are done a fair bit then lol. What i wanted to try out (but never got a chance) in photography was take pictures of candles, as strange as it sounds using a candle thats alight makes an excelent picture, but making sure you have stray objects around it, say an apple or something is also very nice.
Flowers work well. -

I'm trying to remember who did that last year...I think my friend Maggie did. She's an excellent photographer and pulled it off well. I might try candles a little later, see how they come out
-
-
Excellent, you will have to let me see how they turn out!
-
-
I certainly will

They'll all go up on my Deviant account sooner or later

Okays
i'll be sure to check it out, i love the pictures you already have on there so i'm sure what you choose to do will be jsut as good
