Way to go America, you voted a communist into office.
Are you proud of yourselves?
You voted in a rookie, a FIRST TERM senator with zero military experience, the experience that is needed to be able to truly lead this nation at such a critical time.
You voted in someone who wants to steal from the rich and give to the poor, someone who thinks small business owners should "Spread the wealth", thus putting an end to the American dream. No more "Mom 'n Pop" restaurants, they wont be able to afford to keep their doors open once Obama rapes their wallets.
You voted in someone who wants to disarm our nuclear defense system, a system that WORKS and can defend our country should the war make its way to our shores. Someone who wants to invade Iran, which is a fantastic idea after disarming America.
Leave us as sitting ducks, great!
You voted in someone who associates with KNOWN domestic terrorists, yet has been able to smooth talk himself out of that. Someone who has illegal family members living in this country and wants to let even more illegals in to take our jobs.. and oh dont forget, he wants to give YOUR hard earned money to them while he's at it.
You voted in someone who cant even be proven to have been born in this country! Dont you find it odd that his birth certificate was sealed from being viewed? Seems to me that if you have nothing to hide, you wouldnt seal your birth certificate, right? Not to mention the certificate that did manage to surface magically was filed years after his actual birth.

America, you voted in someone who wants to give you "free" healthcare. I emphasize the quotation marks there, because nothing is truly free. Yes, you can go to the doctor without paying a medical bill, but did you fail to realize that he is going to charge 40-50% taxes on EVERYBODY for that Universal Healthcare plan? Yes, EVERYBODY. Even the people who have their own health insurance and will not be using his plan, they will still be paying for it. Great, I cant wait to foot the bill for some gang member who was shot, or some druggie who OD'ed, because Obama says I have to.
You voted in someone who was actually endorsed by Al Quada, and other prominent dictators. Someone who these people actually say they want in our White House. Shouldnt that raise a red flag? Why would Al Quada endorse him.. unless they have something to gain from his being in office.
You voted in someone who wants to stop helping Israel, one of our biggest and strongest allies. He wants to let everyone else go ahead and invade Israel, and you dont think that will piss them off? Israel has an incredibly strong military, I wouldnt want to get on their bad side.
You voted for someone who thinks its okay to partially deliver a baby and then murder it. As long as the baby is still partially in the birth canal, its only "abortion", regardless of if the baby is full term. Strong enough to murder babies, yet too cowardly to fight against our true enemies overseas.

You voted for someone who said in his own words that he thinks the government should have a hand in raising our children. THE GOVERNMENT! Do you want the government raising YOUR kids? I sure dont, and it will be a cold day in hell before I let him anyway near my family.
So America, congratulations, you have just sent yourselves to hell in a handbasket. I hope you are proud. Biden said himself, within the next 6 months America will be tested with Obama as president. I think thats an accurate premonition, and I am scared to see what is going to happen. But do me a favor.. if you voted for Obama, dont bitch and whine and complain in a year or so when things are going downhill, because YOU ASKED FOR IT.

I voted McCain!
You have posted everything that has been a day to day discussion in my home. Each thought echoes our own..don't stop. You are doing what is right. Expressing concerns that involve all Americans..I ,for one don't want to live in a Communist State. So to those that did not vote either way, sitting at home waiting on someone else to do your job, stop bitching!!! You have nothing to say! -
I prefer to think, rather than let my emotions rule. This, as I see it is the whole problem with the American electorate. They feel rather than THINK. Bill Clinton appealed to emotions and they liked it, Obama also appealed to the emotions and they had a collective O-rgasm yesterday. After the feeling is felt, there is no objective, rational thought. I have yet to find one American liberal that will sit down and dispassionately talk about current issues with me without flinging invective, hurling names, and firing the issues at me, machine gun style so that there is no allowed intermittent response.
To answer your question, no, I didn't like the result, however, I realize that politics runs in cycles and it will not be too long before the American electorate will tire of the "known" behavior, and once again the tide will turn. Once again, they'll cling to the nebulous feeling noun like "hope". -
We are in for a wild ride now. The left has complete control of Congress
and the presidency and after Obummer is in office he will appoint 3
liberal judges to the Supreme Court. This is as bad as it will ever get.
One positive to all this though is that they now have to PRODUCE RESULTS.
This is something that will be very hard for them because their message
has always been negative. This forces them to turn optimistic - an
attitude that is foreign to them.
It will be interesting to see how they react when:
A. Things go wrong and their socialist idealism doesn't work and
B. they have no one to blame.

I applaud you for speaking your mind and agree with you on every count. There are a few reasons I'm glad (believe it or not) that Obama won.
1. I better never hear another black person blame a "racist America" for his or her problems or lack of achievement. This indisputably proves that argument to be BS, though it has been BS for the last 30 years, at least. Like you, though, I just wish an honorable and honest black man could have been elected, not this clown.
2. His victory has proven that America really is a place of equal opportunity for all.
3. Though he is deeply flawed morally, his eloquence as a speaker and his surface respectability will give troubled and at-risk black youths a better role model to follow than the crop of morons they are currently emulating. i.e., gangster rappers, et al. I already saw Obama in an interview on MTV telling young kids (black and white) to pull their damn pants up because other people don't want to see their underwear. That's a good start.

It will be nice to listen to a president who at least knows how to speak well after 8 years of abuse of the English language by GWB. Let's face it, he wasn't exactly a linguist. Even his most fervent supporters admit that. lol
I hope you and I are proven wrong but I have grave doubts that we will. Russia is already pushing to see how Obama will react. He's going to have a rude awakening if he thinks his winning smile can change the hearts of some of these pricks around the world. A prayer for him is a prayer for us all.
Don't despair too much. Everything travels in cycles. It's just time for the Democrats to prove how badly they can screw things up, and the Republicans will be back in swinging four short years from now.

I hear you but now we shall see
Many things were done wrong in this election and many things were saved to this moment so all the rich could rape us one last time before they voted so now we need top buckle down and the people start turning in those who fraud the welfare and sit on their buts and do nothing .They voted him in so now let thwem help work to pay off this debt . Make them do city services to work for those welfare checks they are receiving and stop paying and giving them free health care while those working are exempt it will be a change indeed so come on people lets help them lower that bill going out for welfare and get everyone working or none working
