Hello my name is Paige.
I am a local of Bruthen.You most likely wont publish this but here goes.
On a daily basis I visit the local skate park,I am a loner and usually do not have anyone to hang out with.
Though today my friend and I went.
Almost immediately 2 immature guys began teasing and mocking my friend because he is Goth.
They took it apon themselves to make sexist comments to me and call us Emo.
They even said that they would most likely throw rocks at my friend,just because he is different.
Being that I want to be a journalist I decided to ask these prejudice males what there definition of normal was.Of course there answer was themselves.
My definition of normal is no one,
because everyone has a different version.
Each person,is just that a person!
No matter how we dress or look.
Yet I find myself wondering are we still stuck in the dark ages,where degrading those who are different is acceptable?
To not be able to walk the streets because bullying will occur?
I am sick of this!
I was teased and still am.
I had to quit main stream schooling because I was constantly teased.Now myself and most likely many others cant leave the house without being teased?.
Well it's sad that Bruthen has creatures such as this.
To all those who find it amusing to hurt others emotionally and physically I pity you,because trully you are pathetic!
This is ridiculous!!

That's great that you started asking questions. I don't know if I would have been able to do that. Maybe they were making fun of your friend b/c of the stereotype he looked like he fit into. There are many justifiable reasons for that, considering the black, goth/emo trend.

I totally agree with you. I'm a goth and I always get you emo, go die in the dark, slit your wrists, bat girl etc it IS pathetic and it's usually boys and girls in tracksuits with baseball caps, foul mouthed disgusting creatures who feel so insecure about themselves they bully other. I say United we stand, divided we fallm, great point you made here
