AGE: appears to be in early twenties.
She is immortal unless killed by violence.

MANNER OF CREATURE: Lake maiden, half elf and human

APPEARANCE: very beautiful. She is 6 ft tall, lean but very strong. Her skin is fair white with a dull shimmer of gold and green a little. Her toes and fingers are slightly webbed. Her eyes are blue-green. Her hair is long (almost down to her waist) and curly black. The ends are tinged a watery green. She is graceful, and does not wear shoes. She wears navy blue slacks that hold the appearance of skirts, with a light blue sleeveless tunic that shimmers slightly against her skin. She has the beauty of her joined races, and it can be fatal to mortal men who aren't careful.

POWERS: Poetry, song, and some connection to all creatures and nature. Has power of anything to do with water and can manipulate storms. Has healing abilities, as well as fighting abilities, and telepathy. Is a very good swimmer and fast runner. Has a lot of intuition.

WEAPONS: bow and arrows crafted of the finest, strongest wood. The shaft has blue feathers, and the tips of the arrows are gilted silver blue. An essence sword that appears only when needed most-is made of water, but firm to those it meets. It will not break until it’s owner is dead.

PERSONALITY: Compassionate, but not in the way humans are. Often she appears emotionless to others, and is stubborn, thorough, persistant. Has lots of honor and respect. In ways very like a queen, putting herself last and doing what's best.



BACKGROUND: Her mother was a lake maiden who married a human man with some elvish blood. Lake maidens are traditionally golden-haired, but Isabelle's father had black hair. They lived in Southern France until one day her mother was shot with a poisoned arrow defending land and her home. She died, and her father after, of a broken heart. Isabelle was taken in by her mother's people and raised there. A hundred years later Isabelle left to explore the world, and communicated with many other water and tree folk. She learned much on the way, and became more unlike both of her races. She did more than comb her hair (mermaid-the lake maidens) and never stayed in one place for too long.
Today she is at full potential of both races. She is often the messenger of all elements,at varying times, and because of that is connected to all elements (not just water and earth), but in the way of instinct only. She has the powers of her own kind, but the instincts and senses of all elements-and can not control those
