Welcome poets to round one of Poetic Challenge Season 7. We are all looking forward to reading some incredible work. Let’s take the time to meet the judges:

The four of us will be reading and scoring your work through this challenge. Arkbear (my right arm) will be missing from time to time this season, due to a move! But he will still be able to help and read when his time allows.

I have decided not to make you jump through fire.. NOT YET ANYWAY!! Lol. In due time that will come, but for now we will start out by finding out what it is you enjoy and are most talented at.
Your challenge this week will be a easy one.
You must pen us a poem that is in the genre, style, flow, form, or whatever it is you love to write most. What are you most “comfortable” writing? Form? Freeverse? Whatever you like, pen it!
After you have finished and EDITED your poem, leave the link in the comments below.
One rule: poetry only… no short stories and so forth.
