We’re back up to a final 8 now. I’ve been cooking up quite a task for next round, but I haven’t been able to pan out all of the details. So guys, you will be finding inspiration from other arts this round.
You have covered picture inspiration, phrase inspiration & song inspiration at some point & time.
For this main assignment, it will be:

Just kidding. You will actually be writing monologues inspired by your dance. Anything about it. Just think about those movement & write a monologue. Make it interesting, original & non-cliché. Look up others for references. I would also like some light stage directions on these. No clue what you’re doing? Time to learn, sports buffs. :] As for length, it needs to be at least two pages, double spaced. You know what I’m talking about.
As for your second part of the round, you will be taking in account another part of art:
Fashion. Yes, we are doing fashion. This contest derived its name from the Bravo TV hit “Project Runway.” So it’s only right we pay a little tribute. I would prefer if you took inspiration from some of the designers off of Project Runway, but it is not required. You can look at other designers as well. You will need to provide me with pictures of the looks you are going to be use though, for you will be modeling them yourselves. You’re going to write a short runway show of your own.
You will write me 8 poems, [8 people, 8 poems. Get it? Good.
] you will be displaying your view point as a poet. These poems will all be ‘quickie’ style. So we’re talking 1 word to 50. Give me a one word poem & I will probably eliminate you right there, but I don’t want to stifle creativity.Please claim designers:

Eight poem “runway show”, stating your viewpoint as a writer, your range, creativity & originality, which will be inspired by a fashion designer’s clothing line.
These will all be due on Tuesday, June 24th at 12:00 PM [noon] CST. I’ll probably read them that afternoon. Or maybe not.
Any questions, you know what to do.
Note one: You can gather inspiration from the song as well, but remember that the piece is to be written mostly from the body movements in relation to the song, not just the song in the background. If I wanted you to use the song, I would have given to "song" inspiration.
Note two: I forgot to say it up there, but this is just a reminder that you need to claim a designer. You will also be taking 8 different outfits/designs from that one designer. Harsh? Probably.
