Let’s start by making for sure you have (((DINGS)))
Wingdings, webdings, dings are all DINGBATS and are graphic font that you can type by changing your font style to symbol, open Microsoft word; it’ll say something like "Times New Roman" at the top, click on the dropdown menu and look for anything that has a "ding" in it. Webding, wingding, dingbats and so forth. And click on it, then type and you'll see pictures instead of letters. Try it . . .
Let's start - Step 1

Step 2

1. Clink on the “line” tool
2. Choose the largest line by clicking on it
(Bottom line)
3. Now look to the bottom of your page – see the color chart?
Choose which color you want for your outline. I am choosing red.

4. Left click on the outer part of the box and drag to the other side creating a line-border. Repeat this all the way around the box.
Now you should have the picture above …
Step 3
Click on the ((A)) Text tool
Then click the first yellow box (see diagram)

Choose font style (any) size (20) and type the word
"Welcome"

Step 4
Now for the fun part*grin* Dings!!!
Click on any other tool and then switch back to the Text tool (A)
and then create a different text box …

Now from the dropdown menu chose a ((DING))
wingding webding dingbats so on...
(different computers will have different dings)

Choose a color from the color chart.. (I stayed with dark red)
I chose my "butterflips" ding... Size 48...
Now repeat the process switching to another tool then back again for yet another text box...

Repeat this process as many times as needed...To get it the way you want.

We are done with the dings...
Step 5, Coloring
Click on the “Flood fill” or “Fill with color” tool

And then choose a color that you want to color a picture with...

I will choose any color to start with...And then various colors to finish...

Now, click on the flood fill tool again and color the white background.
I chose pale yellow...
